Your monthly VoIPCloud invoice covers monthly plan fees plus any call usage charges. This guide explains each section of your invoice.
Recurring Monthly Charges
The first section lists your fixed monthly fees: each user plan (e.g., Unlimited Australia at $20.90/user), number rental fees (e.g., local DID $2.00/month), and any add-on services (Teams add-on, SMS plan, fax number).
Call Usage Charges
If any users are on a PAYG (pay as you go) plan, per-minute call charges appear in this section. Charges are listed per destination type: local, national, mobile, international. Call duration is rounded to the nearest second.
Taxes (GST)
All amounts are shown excluding GST. GST (10%) is added to the subtotal at the bottom of the invoice. The tax invoice section at the bottom shows the GST amount and total including tax. PC Madness VoIP's ABN is shown on all invoices.
Invoice Dates
Invoices are generated on your monthly billing anniversary. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Usage for the previous calendar month is billed in the same invoice.
Downloading Invoices
Log in to the VoIPCloud portal. Navigate to Billing → Invoices. Click any invoice to download as PDF. Invoices are retained for 7 years in the portal.
